Kids Helping Kids; Mother/Daughter Group Gives Back!

This week, the local branch of National Charity League donated their time and resources to assist with a large fundraising campaign for CMN Hospitals.  Several groups of mothers and daughters gathered for a masked/socially distant envelope stuffing party.  The young women assembled thousands of fundraising packets which will help raise money to support a specialized Family Support Program for NICU Families at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital – Tyler.

CMN Hospitals is appreciative of the support and assistance from this volunteer group which has been a local partner of CMN Hospitals since 2019.  Their hard work and dedication continues to help make a difference for local families of sick children.  National Charity League, a non-profit organization designed to encourage community service for mothers and their daughters, recognizes the benefit of encouraging youth to participate in volunteer opportunities early-on.

“National Charity League has helped my daughter see herself in a different way… that she is part of something bigger — a culture that supports giving back.”– A NCL Member
